I say a very big thank you to the Admin team, organisers and sponsors of 2021 NNF interactive workshop may God bless you all.
I really benefited from the depth of knowledge of my senior professional colleagues who did not only accept to be a mentor to we the younger NNF nurses but also shared their experiences and opened our eyes to different entrepreneurship opportunities in nursing.
To everyone present today I say thanks for coming learning was fun having you all around.
GREAT NAIJA NURSES

As part of our plans to build an impactful community for nurses and student nurses, I was in Lagos Nigeria last week, the 12th of November 2021 to facilitate a co-creation workshop for the naija nurses forum.
Appreciation to the NNF team Lagos for the warm reception and for hosting me.

When I arrived in Lagos, Nr Kunle Emmanuel picked me and we headed over to LUTH, to share some moments with our group mother and co-admin Nr. Olufemi Iseyemi Folakemi Rn DDNS, at the ICU unit of the hospital. Do you know If we have one Nr. Olufemi Iseyemi Folakemi Rn in every unit of every hospital in Nigeria, the narrative will change like a miracle? She is everything excellent and more.

There I met more people, it didn't feel like I was seeing the Lagos team for the first time, all participants came prepared and I felt supported for the project at hand. We had some Nurse Educators in attendance, A DNS was present too. It was a great time.

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE WORKSHOP
•To increase engagement and community building between and amongst admins and members of the community.
• Co-prioritization of key challenges in the community (i.e. Naija nurses forum ) and nurses engagement and public impact challenges.
• Co-production of action plans for improving the prioritized challenges and identification of technical assistance needed to succeed.

WORKSHOP APPROACH.
I used the process facilitation and joint learning approach to facilitate the workshop, which focuses on building participants' trust and willingness to collaborate.

OUTCOME OF THE WORKSHOP
Members Identified the community's goal, validated shared challenges currently impeding that goal, jointly analyze the underlying root causes of those challenges, and then co-developed
actions and approaches to addressing those root causes.
Once again, many thanks for coming and collaborating.
