Mine is losing a patient. It's like a trauma for me. I don't come out of it easily. It keeps replaying in my head. That's why I try as much as possible not to lose a patient. If I do, let it be said that I tried all I could, but it didn't just work out.

It's when a patients die after doing everything to care for them.It also tough to see a patient die when you had learn to love them like your friends and now you have to stop forming bond with them to avoid always being sad. Other challenges include long shifts, low wages and poor working conditions.
