This year has been marked by an abundance of nursing achievements
It’s time to celebrate – it really is.
Not only is it the festive season, it is the end of a year that – despite its many and varied challenges – has been marked by an abundance of nursing achievements. It is a year that has also witnessed a refreshing amount of well-earned recognition for those achievements.
To get an idea of the scale of progress, here’s a review of Naija Nurses forum reporting on how the nursing landscape has changed this year.

The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria is to begin online renewal of license from 1st of July, 2019 can confirm

Hon. Minister of Health approved that Dental Nursing programme shall be brought under the jurisdiction and regulation of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria with immediate effect. Henceforth, Dental Nursing practitioners are to be regulated in line with nursing practice in Nigeria.

Many more of this achievements of graduations of nursing students, nursing in the national assembly; many nurses are state commissioners and more.
