Although the male genitalia does not produce fluids (unless as need arises), it's location makes it prone to collection of sweat and dead tissues (smegma) hence the need to clean.
Pen!s should be consciously washed (like you wash other part of your body) and not just be overlooked because water and soap lather has gotten to it.
I don't think you can really shake off all the remnants of urine. Deposits of urine stain the underwear which can lead to a bad smell which affects the smell of the pen!s.
Always change your underwear daily
CLEANING OF CIRCUMCISED AND UNCIRCUMCISED PEN!S
Choose a mild, unscented soap meant for use on the body (do not choose hand soap)
If you have sensitive skin, ask your dermatologist about choosing soap that's right for you.
Shower as you normally would, washing all over with warm water and the mild, unscented soap you've chosen.
Lather up your choice of mild, unscented soap between your hands, and apply it to the test!cles and shaft of the pen!s.
The key thing to remember with an UNCIRCUMCISED PEN!S is to wash under the foreskin.
Gently pull the foreskin back as far as it will go. Do not force the foreskin past its natural point, as this may damage the pen!s and cause scar tissue to develop.
Apply soap under the foreskin, and thoroughly rinse away all the soap and any debris that may have collected.
Return the foreskin back to its natural position.
Thoroughly dry the pen!s after showering.
Even for CIRCUMCISED PEN!S i.e without foreskin, it's important to properly wash under the head of the penis as sweat, bacteria, and debris can still accumulate there.
In the absence of the foreskin, all you have to do is lather the pen!s and thoroughly rinse away the soap under the shower or in the bathtub.
If you use talc or body powder on your testicles, stop it because if talc gets under the foreskin, it can cause irritation and discomfort
Infection, such as POSTHITIS and BALANITIS, are caused by poor hygiene and unwashed smegma build-up.

TYPES OF ERECT!ON
FETAL ERECT!ON
Before birth, ultrasound scans sometimes show a fetus with a fully formed erect!on and babies can exit the womb with an erect!on
No one is quite sure why, but it might be the body’s way of testing things out and keeping them running correctly.
MORNING WOOD
Most men have 3–5 erect!ons every night, mostly during REM sleep. This is also called “nocturnal penile tumescence,” and it’s still not clear why it happens.
THE OGA KPATAKPATA OF THEM ALL IS
D3ATH ERECT!ON
This is also called ANGEL LUST, terminal erection or Rigor erectus, it happens moments after death.
It happens when the man dies vertically or face-down and the corpse remains so. Angel lust is an indicator that death was swift and violent.
It occurs in people who d!ed from
Hanging whether an execut!on or a su!c!de scientists believe that it may be due to pressure from the noose on the cerebellum.
Strangulation
Brutal destruction of the cervical spinal cord
A gunshot wound to the head
Damage to major blood vessel
Poisoning.
One in three of the aforementioned cases present with erect!on of the pen!s, with discharge of urine, mucus or prostatic fluid
In the de ad body, only gravitation acts on the blood because the blood cannot enter the pen!s as the heart no longer pumps it
When a person is hanged, the blood will accumulate in its lower part: legs and feet. If the legs are filled with blood, the blood in the waist can causes an erect!on.
As long as the blood is not clotted and the body is in a vertical position death erect!on can occur.
