Oyo State School of Nursing, Eleyele Application form is on Sale.


All interested candidates of the Oyo State School of Nursing must be above 17 years and must possess at least 5 O’Level credits including English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

How to Apply for the Oyo State School of Nursing:

Interested candidates are expected to purchase the Oyo State School of Nursing application form for a non-refundable fee of N5,000 only from the School premises It's not an online sale.

Applications are invited from interested applicants for admission into the Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Eleyele Ibadan 2015/2016.


ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS/ HOW TO APPLY.
All interested candidates should be of age 17 years and above, and possess the West African Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent with credits in at least 5 subjects which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Step 1: Candidates are to generate an invoice online on http://www.oyostatecollegeofnursingandmidwifery.com where payment/ Bank details will be available.

Step 2: Candidates are to proceed to the designated bank as it appears on their generated invoice for payment.

Step 3: Candidates are to return to Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery with their Bank tellers and online generated invoice to obtain a scratch card of a non refundable fee of N1,000 to complete their registration online.

Oyo State College Of Nursing & Midwifery Form Is Out

The Oyo State College Of Nursing and Midwifery, Eleyele, Ibadan, Oyo State – Nigeria has announced that applications are invited from suitable candidates for admission into the following programmes:

Basic General Nursing
Post-Basic Midwifery
Oyo State College Of Nursing & Midwifery Basic General Nursing.

This is a three-year programme commencing in October 2019, after which candidates will be presented for both the College and the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) Final Qualifying Examinations to qualify as General Nurses and be eligible for registration with NMCN as Registered Nurses (RN).

Requirements

Applicant must:
• Possess WAEC/SSCE/GCE or NECO/SSCE/GCE with at least five (5) credits (at not more than two (2) sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology;
• Only individuals with required credit pass at not more than two (2) sittings.
• He or she should be at least Sixteen (16) years old on admission.

Oyo State College Of Nursing & Midwifery Post-Basic Midwifery.

This is an eighteen (18) month programme commencing in September 2019.

Requirements

Applicant must:
• Possess WAEC/SSCE/GCE or NECO/SSCE/GCE with at least five (5) credits (at not more than two (2) sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology;
• Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. Applicants awaiting the result of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Examination may also apply.

Oyo State College Of Nursing & Midwifery Key Dates

An online application commenced Monday, 25th March 2019.
Application must be completed on or before Friday, 13th July 2019.
Mode of Entrance Examination: The entrance examination will be Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Date of Entrance Examination: Tuesday, 16th – Thursday, 18th July 2019.

Venue: CBT Centre, Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Eleyele, Ibadan
Time: 8.00 am daily
Interview Date: Monday, 29th July – Friday, 2nd August 2019
Post Basic Midwifery Programme: Monday, 2nd September 2019
Basic General Nursing Programme: Wednesday, 3rd October 2019

How To Apply Oyo State College Of Nursing & Midwifery.

Any interested candidate should pay the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000:00) only to the College Account Number: 0694966574 at any branch of Access Bank PLC.

Similarly, a sum of Two Hundred Naira (N200:00) only into Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, Oyo State Chapter Account Number: 2019704292 at any First Bank Nigeria Plc.
With the Bank Tellers obtained from the bank, the applicant will come to the College and obtain the scratch card to fill the online admission form on www.oyostatecollegeofnursingandmidwifery.com

Thereafter, candidates should print the completed copy and other details from the website on successful completion of the online admission application; and the candidate should come along with his/her photo-card on the day of examination.
