The state facility, the payment is still below d ideal take home.
federal government facility pay higher than this, conhes 7(GL 8) is above 100k
CONHESS 7 is 93+ in federal pls
There's no deductions apart from your tax as an intern. A full staff on CONHESS 7 doesn't take upto 100k home.

When there are many graduate nurses who are unemployed?
What about others that are employed, yet are not well paid?
I don't even want to elaborate on the deficiencies in the health sector .
Many nurses who had the opportunity to leave this country, because of these menace are enjoying where they are.
