Salt is also known as Sodium Chloride. Don't Use too much salty food its causes some effects like high blood presure, Fluid Retention, Cardiovascular Disease Etc . So Avoid too much salty Food .

It Provide protection from mosquito, flies and insects. So use Mosquito netting to prevent yourself from insects,flies and mosquito.

Its My Opinion for you buddies Don't use Any Product to Burn your fat. its gonna be harmful for your body . Try to Avoid sugar and sweet things and Drinks . Control your diet and Plan a Diet Schedule to Control your Fat.
