Wear protective clothes like long pants and long-sleeved shirts. and try to stay inside when it is dark outside the home.
Preferably in a screened or in an air-conditioned room.

Thanks for sharing such a great information with us Kunle. If I'm not wrong, this is also known as Urologic Problem of Diabetes. where troublesome bladder symptoms & minor / big changes in sexual life are commonly found in both, Men and Women.

Thanks for the useful information but I would like to mention that Unhealthy eating may leads you towards heart attack and increase the risk of obesity.

Most of the vegetables are low in fat and calories by natural. Not only they reduce the risk of heart attack and other chronic diseases. Therefore, along with other fat burning foods vegetables and fruits are also a major part of a healthy diet.
