Agree with you and like to add skipping breakfast, not eating before a workout or waiting too long after exercise to eat are also some biggest diet mistakes. Great tips to control high blood pressure and like to add, exercise regularly to reduce extra weight and manage stress. Eat oatmeal, whole grains, omega 3 fatty acids, fruits, vegetables and low fat dairy more in your daily meals. Avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine and monitor your blood pressure.

Great post and like to say those who wants to lose weight must break meals in small frequent meals. Add vegetables and fruits more in your daily meals, increase water intake for drinking and have green tea. Engage in regular physical activities and avoid eating late.
